I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was tidy and clean with a massive comfortable bed and great balcony views, but they need a significant upgrade, and the lack of air conditioning was uncomfortable. On the bright side, the service was exceptional with attentive and helpful staff.
The hotel offers lovely, clean, and spacious rooms with a great view of the sea and pool. However, the promised sea view was missing from our room. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being sweet and attentive while others were less friendly and not very helpful. The location is gorgeous on the beautiful East Cliff, but there are drawbacks compared to other hotels in terms of views and atmosphere. The dining experience varied from very poor selection and chaotic service to a good selection of dishes in a typical hotel buffet. The facilities lacked atmosphere, with issues in the pool and spa area. Additional details include tasty food options like the mouth-watering Hungarian beef stew and the service needing improvements such as clarifying breakfast procedures.
